What is an inside-painted glass ornament?+
It is painted by hand on the inner wall of a glass ornament. The artist guides a fine angled brush through the opening and builds the image in reverse, layer by layer.
Can you create an ornament from our photo or artwork?+
Yes. Buyers can submit a photograph, logo, illustration, architectural image or design brief. We review whether it can be translated clearly to curved glass before quotation.
Who are these ornaments made for?+
Our custom programs are designed for destination retailers, museums, hotels, ornament brands, corporate gifting teams, schools, clubs and cultural organizations.
Can presentation details be customized?+
Yes. Metal caps, hanging cords, ribbons and tassels can be customized by project. Plain cloth and velvet boxes are commonly available in different colors, while a fully customized box has a 1,000-piece MOQ.
When should a Christmas collection be started?+
Because design, sampling, hand painting and international delivery all require time, early planning gives buyers the best production window.
What sizes are available?+
Round ornaments can be produced from 75 mm to 120 mm in diameter. The most frequently ordered sizes are 75 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm. Shaped ornaments are also available and are confirmed by design.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces. It can be assessed flexibly according to artwork complexity, ornament format and presentation. Fully customized packaging has a separate 1,000-piece MOQ.
Can we review a sample before production?+
Yes. A sample can normally be produced within 10 working days after the artwork and sample requirements are confirmed. The sample fee can be credited back after a subsequent bulk order is placed.
How long does bulk production take?+
Bulk production is normally completed within approximately 45 working days after the sample, final artwork and order requirements are approved. Exact timing is confirmed with the quotation and production schedule.
What information is needed for an accurate quote?+
A useful brief includes the artwork or concept, estimated quantity, intended use, delivery country, target date and any packaging requirements.
Are the designs printed or painted by hand?+
They are painted by hand on the inside surface of the glass. The reference collection shows visual directions; each custom project is reviewed for artwork adaptation, color, detail and repeatability before sampling.
Is every hand-painted ornament unique?+
Yes. Artists follow an approved design and color direction, but the brushwork is applied individually inside every glass ornament. Small, natural variations are part of the craft, so no two pieces are mechanically identical.
How are ornaments prepared for international delivery?+
Presentation and export packing are reviewed as part of the project. Box style, inner protection, labeling and master-carton requirements should be included in the brief so they can be confirmed with the quotation.
